In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: RODO), I would like to inform you that the controller of your personal data is Hynfra P.S.A., based in Warsaw, at 40 Smolna Street, 00-375.

1. This website uses its own cookies to optimize the use of the website and for statistical purposes. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the website user's terminal device (computer, phone, etc.). Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

Please be informed that this website also uses so-called external cookies or similar technologies (including data from TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP protocols), for the following purposes: collection of general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics tools; popularization of our website via social networks: facebook.com and linkedin.com. The data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated above, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO - that is, on the basis of the Data Controller's legitimate interest in enabling the proper operation and control of website traffic. The data will be processed only for the duration of the legitimate interest on the part of the Administrator.

5. Information that may constitute personal data is collected on a voluntary basis, any changes made by the user in the management of cookies may affect the operation and display of all content on the website.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Hynfra P.S.A. is the data controller of www.hynfra.pl website users. This means that if a user has sent a contact form, we process data such as: name, surname, email, phone, purpose of contact, IP address.
2. Personal data is processed: a. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and the proper implementation of Services provided electronically, d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
3. Each data subject shall have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of such data, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5. We reserve the right to process data only for the purpose of asserting possible claims before a court of law or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
6. Hynfra P.S.A. has the right to share the User's personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
7. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
8. Hynfra P.S.A. shall not provide personal data to other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
9. Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by Hynfra P.S.A. or processors with whom Hynfra P.S.A. closely cooperates.
