1. Hynfra P.S.A. is the data controller of www.hynfra.pl website users. This means that if a user has sent a contact form, we process data such as: name, surname, email, phone, purpose of contact, IP address.

Personal data is processed: a. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and the proper implementation of Services provided electronically, d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

3. Each data subject shall have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of such data, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
